Final Draw for Grand Prize of June 2025 Set June 27, 2025

After an incredible journey of community support, life-changing prizes, and vital fundraising, the Love Our Hospital 50/50 Lottery will conclude this June with its final two draws: the Early Bird Draw on Friday, June 13 and the Grand Prize Draw on Friday, June 27.

Launched as a creative way to raise funds for essential health care services at West Parry Sound Health Centre (WPSHC), the lottery quickly became a much-loved initiative across the region. Over its duration, the 50/50 lottery not only generated excitement with monthly cash prizes but also made a tangible difference in the lives of patients and families by supporting local health care needs.

“This lottery has been about more than just winning—it’s been about giving,” said Deborah Loosemore, CEO - WPSHC Foundation.

“We are deeply grateful to everyone who bought a ticket, spread the word, and helped us raise critical funds to keep care close to home.”

We are encouraging the lottery buyers and supporters to purchase their final tickets by 12:00 PM (noon) on June 13 for a chance to win $500 in the Early Bird Draw, and again by 12:00 PM (noon) on June 27 for the Grand Prize Draw. The final draw will be held at 1:30 PM on both dates.

As the curtain closes on the 50/50 lottery, the Foundation is inviting the community to continue their impact by:
