After several memorable draws, heartfelt moments, and thousands of supporters rallying behind local health care, the Love Our Hospital 50/50 Lottery has officially wrapped up.

From the first ticket sold to the final jackpot drawn on June 27, 2025, this community-powered lottery raised critical funds that helped purchase essential medical equipment and enhance care right here at West Parry Sound Health Centre.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated, shared, and supported the 50/50 over the years. You helped make care closer, faster, and stronger for our region.

A Winning Finale

Our final draw ended on a high note with Margaret “Gail” Madigan taking home the grand prize of $4,255.00 and even more impressively, she also won the $5,000 Early Bird Prize in our new fundraising initiative: the Split the Pot Lottery!

On June 26, 2025, Dee Robinson of Parry Sound won a massive $75,000 Grand Prize in the Split the Pot Lottery after selecting West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation at checkout.

Dee described the experience as “surreal,” adding that it felt like a “win-win” for her and for the hospital that means so much to her and her community.
