Join us in celebrating health in our community!
This hybrid event is designed to bring the community together while inspiring a healthy lifestyle. All month long, you can track your activity and fundraise toward your goal. Compete on your own or join a team - your team can even challenge other teams!
Then, we invite you to join us to gather in-person and share in a fitness activity with other Your Health Your Way participants.
The details of all four "Meet Up" sites can be found on this page. Simply click the date and location of interest.
We request that participants notify us that they plan to attend a Meet Up - this is helpful for us to know approximate numbers so we can prepare!

We will be adhering to the requirements in place by our local health unit and provincial mandates.
At this time, masks are not required for outdoor events and not mandatory indoors at event venues.

Can I bring my pet along?
We love our four-legged friends! However, this is a family-friendly event that will have children of all ages and sizes. To ensure the safety of your pet and others, we'd prefer if they stayed at home on event day.
