| Turtle Watch |
To our visiting guests from outside the area, when driving on our roads this weekend, watch for turtles laying eggs. This gal was photographed this morning en route to work. The turtles love the sandy roadsides and while they are in a trancelike state while they lay their eggs, they may walk across the road after finishing. So please take care when driving. Brake for turtles. |
